materials, and ready for something new."
Our chemical paint stripping process thoroughly and efficiently removes old paint layers from steel and aluminum parts.
Size of immersion bath for aluminum paint stripping:
Up to 1100x800x500 mm
Size of immersion bath for steel paint stripping:
Up to 1000x600x800 mm
Your benefits:
Time savings: Our efficient processes reduce your throughput times for pre-treatment prior to painting or coating.
Cost savings: Benefit from an attractive price-performance ratio.
Experience: Years of experience in chemical paint stripping guarantee you high quality.

Our paint stripping process:
- Preparation: First, we remove coarse contaminants from the parts.
- Immersion dip stripping: The parts are immersed in our specially developed immersion bath to remove the paint layers.
- Neutralization: After the paint removal process, we neutralize the parts to remove any residual traces.
- Rinsing: The parts are then thoroughly rinsed.
- Drying: Finally, the parts are gently dried in our continuous oven.
We are your reliable partner
The advantages at a glance
We use the paint stripping process for the surface pretreatment of old parts, which gently removes old paint/coatings. After paint stripping, we recommend having the parts sandblasted, which we also offer in-house. We are also happy to take care of the preprocessing of your parts.
Why chemical paint stripping?
- Perfect pretreatment: Our chemical processes ensure thorough and uniform cleaning of the surface.
- Gentle on the material: Our processes are gentle on the material.
- Versatile: Whether steel, stainless steel, or aluminum—we offer paint removal solutions for a wide range of materials.
- Optimal preparation for coatings: A clean surface is the ideal basis for high-quality coatings such as powder coating, galvanizing, or painting.

FAQ chemical paint stripping
What is chemical paint stripping?
Chemical paint stripping is a process for gently removing paint or powder coatings using special solvents. It is ideal for sensitive components where mechanical processes such as blasting would lead to material loss.
What are the advantages of chemical paint stripping?
It is gentle on materials, leaves no residue, and does not attack the base material. Even hard-to-reach areas and complex geometries are reliably stripped of paint—ideal for reconditioning or before recoating.
What are the advantages of chemical paint stripping?

How long does the paint stripping process take?
Chemical paint stripping usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on the type of paint, material, and size of the component. We also offer express processing upon request.
What happens after paint removal?
After paint removal, the parts are thoroughly rinsed, neutralized, and dried. They can then be processed further or recoated—e.g., with powder, PTFE, or ceramic.
